*Rate includes local taxes, currently 5.5%, and breakfast
served in Restaurant "Le Safran" for one person.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations must be made on or before
Monday, 9 November 2009, in order to receive the Group rate.
Reservations made after Monday, 9 November 2009, will be
offered the Group rate on a space available basis at the
Hotel's discretion.
Room Deposit
In order to confirm your guest room, a first and last
night's deposit will be required. Early Departure Fee
One night's room and tax will be charged if an attendee
checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee's scheduled
departure date, without having notified the Hotel at
check-in. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your room reservation, you must do
so 14 calendar days in advance of your arrival date to be
refunded your full deposit. |
