Group Rate Confirmation
Reservations must be made on or before Friday, August 14,
2009 in order to receive the Group rate. Reservations made
after August 14, 2009 will be offered the Group rate at the
Hotel's discretion.
Cancellation Policy
At least a 24 hour advance notice, or one nights room plus
tax will be charged to your credit card that was provided.
Early Departure Fee
If you do not notify the hotel by check-in, one half of
the room rate plus tax will be charged to your credit card
that was provided.
